MORE THAN WORDS ON A SCREEN

If they see it,
it matters.

A question is more than its prompt. Check the details that shape how someone understands it—and how they answer.

The way choices appear.

Scale direction, matrix labels, answer order, and options that should stay anchored.

The way answers behave.

Required responses, selection limits, exclusive options, and validation messages.

The context around them.

Instructions, emphasis, images, and visible content specified in your questionnaire.

A great experience.
And confidence beneath it.

A few practical questions.

What does experience testing compare?

Questra compares the respondent experience with the questionnaire: exact prompts and instructions, answer options, scale and matrix labels, emphasis, piping, and specified presentation rules. Browser observations show what respondents actually encountered.

How do you test skip and display logic?

Agents try different answers and follow the resulting paths in a browser. They compare the questions, options, and terminations they encounter with the rules in your questionnaire, looking for content that appears when it should not and content that should appear but does not.

How is this different from code review?

Experience testing observes the survey in a browser. Code review reads the programmed source against the questionnaire. They provide complementary evidence: a source definition and the content that a respondent actually encounters.

How do we see what still needs checking?

The report separates passed checks, findings, requirements still gathering evidence, and checks that need additional platform access. Use that coverage to focus the next review or test run.
